Business funding within 24 hours — mapped hour by hour
Know what the next 24 hours can fund
A fast business loan is eight stages in a row, and business hours, cut-offs and paperwork decide where each one lands. We show you the whole clock — then a real person works to beat it.
- No credit check to enquire
- $20k – $5m property-secured
- One team, not a lender list
No credit check to enquire
Asking where your 24 hours could land doesn't touch your credit file. A credit check only comes up once you decide to go ahead.
No spray-and-pray
Your enquiry isn't auctioned off to a queue of lenders. One team works your file, so your phone stays quiet.
A real person on the clock
A lending specialist reads your details and calls you. Accurate form answers let them match you properly the first time.
The 24-hour timeline
Eight stages between your enquiry and money in the account
The hours shown are a best-case run on a business day with paperwork ready. Tap any stage to see exactly what happens inside it, who does the work and what it needs from you.
Best case, not a promise. See what stops the clock or start your enquiry now so the first call is waiting at opening time.
Three dials move the window
Time zone, security and paperwork decide where your window lands
Your state and the hour you enquire
Settlement runs on Sydney business hours. Perth sits two to three hours behind, Adelaide and Darwin run on half-hour zones, and Queensland skips daylight saving — so the same 2pm enquiry lands very differently.
Time-zone windows →What you offer as security
Unsecured options skip valuation and settlement. A caveat can move quickly. First mortgages, refinances and commercial property add steps. Pick the security and the stage list changes.
Timelines by security →How ready your paperwork is
The only dial fully in your hands. Statements, ID, ATO balance, property papers, payout figures and available signatories are the difference between today and later this week.

What stops the clock
Most fast loans don't miss their window because of the lender's appetite. They miss it on paperwork, signatures, titles and cut-offs. These are the usual culprits and how to clear them early.

State and time-zone funding windows
Australia runs on three standard time zones and five during daylight saving, while settlement and payment systems keep Sydney time. Here's how your state shifts the window.

What you offer as security decides which stages apply and how long each takes. Compare caveats, second mortgages, first mortgages, commercial property and unsecured options.

What owners assume about a 24-hour loan — and what actually happens
Assumption“24 hours” starts when the lender says yes.
On the clockThe clock starts at your enquiry. Every hour before the first call is either used — gathering paperwork — or lost.
AssumptionApproval means the money is on its way.
On the clockConditional approval still has conditions to clear, documents to sign and a settlement to book. Unconditional approval is the one that counts.
AssumptionWeekends only cost two days.
On the clockA file that isn't ready by Friday afternoon can lose the whole weekend plus the Monday morning queue. A public holiday adds another day.
AssumptionEvery payment lands instantly now.
On the clockFast payments settle around the clock, but not every lender or amount uses them, and your own bank's processing still matters.
What's possible
Speed is possible when the pieces line up
We never promise a clock time. These are the outer edges of what's possible when an enquiry arrives early on a business day with the paperwork and signatories ready.
Same day
$20k – $250k, property-secured
Possible when a caveat or second mortgage fits and a desktop or short-form valuation is enough. Caveat loan timeline.
24–48 hours
Up to $5m against property
Larger amounts usually need a deeper valuation and more checks, so a day or two is the realistic target. First mortgage timeline.
Same day
Smaller unsecured amounts
Possible for trading businesses with clean bank statements. Unsecured options typically run $5k to $500k. Unsecured timeline.

Questions about the 24-hour clock
Can I really get business funding within 24 hours?
It's possible, not promised. $20k to $250k possible same day (property-secured); up to $5m possible within 24–48 hours; and same-day funding possible for smaller unsecured amounts. What decides it is when you enquire, what you can offer as security and whether your paperwork and signatories are ready.
What's the most common reason a 24-hour loan takes longer?
Paperwork and people rather than the lender. Missing bank statements, an unknown ATO balance, an unrequested payout figure from an existing lender, or a director who can't sign until tomorrow are the usual culprits.
Does it matter which state I'm in?
Yes. Settlement and most lending teams run on eastern business hours. Western Australia sits two hours behind Sydney, three during eastern daylight saving, so an afternoon enquiry in Perth often arrives after the eastern working day has ended.
Will enquiring affect my credit score?
No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. A check is only discussed once you've seen your options and decided to go ahead.
Will my details be sent to lots of lenders?
No. Your enquiry goes to one team who look at your situation and match it properly. You won't be flooded with calls from strangers.
What if I enquire at night or on the weekend?
Your enquiry is waiting at the front of the queue when business hours start. Use the time to gather bank statements, ID, your ATO balance and property papers, and to line up anyone who has to sign.
How much can I borrow?
Property-secured business loans from $20k to $5m — first mortgages, second mortgages and caveat loans over residential or commercial property. Unsecured, cash-flow and line-of-credit options for trading businesses, typically $5k to $500k, sized on turnover and bank statements. Past credit issues and ATO debt considered case by case. Business purposes only.
